On behalf of the California Line Dance Association of America (CLDAA) and our upcoming 15th anniversary celebration, I’d like to cordially invite you to take part in the CLDAA 15th Annual Gala. As a sponsor, benefits will go to CLDAA’s Line Dance Program which serves the community. The gala will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2019 6:30PM – 11:30PM at Santa Clara Convention Center
The CLDAA is a 501C-3 non-profit organization. Our mission is “through the art of line dancing, CLDAA is promoting exercise, health and enjoyment for people of all ages.” CLDAA board members, whom are all dance instructors and avid students, serve the community with passion through action. CLDAA serves 220,000 people per year through 20 classes per week in the Bay Area. In addition, in 2019 to commemorate our 15-year anniversary, CLDAA plans to help raise funds for a variety of other worthwhile organizations including Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford, STUF Foundation, New Hope Chinese Cancer Care Foundation, and Friends of Children with Special Needs (FCSN). Your participation would be greatly welcomed as it would signify your support for the extended CLDAA community.

美國加州排舞協會謹訂於2019年4月20日(星期六）晚上6:30 在 Santa Clara Convention Center 隆重舉行, 該協會成立十五週年慶祝大會, 本會誠摰地邀請閣下參加此一盛會，
我們的大會將會有千人出席。
美國加州排舞協會係以灣區矽谷為據點的一個非營利機構, 透過排舞運動的提倡與普及, 在短短十五年之間從當初六位創始會員，擴增到現在遍佈灣區各地，每週20個教習據點，
服務兩千多位會員，是當今舊金山灣區極為成功的社團。會員包含各年齡層， 一年的參加練舞達到200,000人次,排舞是老少咸宜的全民運動，對於會員們身心靈的健康有極大助益。排舞協會這十五年來，達成奉獻社區的使命和任務，成績輝煌，多次受聖荷西市議會和聖他克拉拉縣議會的表揚，是灣區華人社團中極受矚目的一個團體。
本會誠摰地邀請閣下能撥冗共襄盛舉，並且見證本會成果的展現。

如果說建築物是凍結的藝術，那麼排舞就是活動而能自由奔放的藝術。生活本來就是藝術，從衣，食，住，行，每一樣都是藝術。如何把你個人的藝術在每日繁忙的生活中彰顯出來，這也就是一項藝術中的藝術。 美國加州排舞協會從2004年成立己有三年，會員從零到一千兩百人。 為什麼排舞會瘋扉全世界？ 為什麼排舞會使世界各地的人如此瘋狂 ， 如此痴迷？ 最主要的原因有十： 一，不須舞伴 二，不限年紀 三，不限場地 （在自家客廳，厨房，車房，前後院都可以一個人跳） 四，不須音樂 （自己可以數字打拍子，當然隨著音樂更能發揮） 五，不須特製服裝 （平常家居便服即可 ） 六，不須特製鞋 （步行便鞋及運勳鞋即可 ﹜ 七，在達到運動效果之同時能學到肢体美妙的展現 八，頭腦的運用及記憶力的鍛鍊 （頭腦越用越尖銳而不用會生銹而壞 ） 九，當你一心練舞時全神貫注是集中精神的最高點 （勝於初學人打坐心猿驛馬 ） 十，在達到健身之同時更能夠健心 （因為身体健康自然心情愉快神情高昂 ） 在此讓我與各位分享排舞的由來：國際排舞 International Line Dance 主要源於美國鄉村舞曲 , 並溶入歐洲宮廷舞及南美洲熱情 浪漫的拉丁式舞步 同時加入爵士音樂，六十年代西洋歌曲及最新的Disco舞步創立新的風格，並且不分男女 , 無須舞伴，並有優雅的音樂旋律及簡單的華爾滋 , 倫巴， 探戈 , 及恰恰等浪漫舞步 , 加上整齊劃一的動感 , 使參與者個個充滿熱情 , 健康又有充勁 , 跳完後心境快樂無比 , 充滿喜悅 , 因此目前風行世界各國。近年來排舞巳經 是 成為社區內最活耀最健康的運動項目。 我是從1985年開始專攻爵士舞 , 然後從1989年組團教學爵士舞 帶一批熱愛音樂和舞蹈而更是擁有一顆熱忱與愛心的年輕男女朋友們開始展開我們的社區服務行例。我們不但在灣區為無數的團體作慈善表演 , 我們也曾经應邀到温哥華, 西雅圖, 聖地牙哥, 達垃斯等地作慈善籌款演出。 2002年在我爵士舞團員，宋珮琪的大哥，宋以偉先生在旅遊美國之間有機會看到我們的排練爵士舞及排舞他非常的讚賞而急切的把我們介绍給台北國際排舞協會的會長, Roger 彭。 彭會長 也非常欣賞我們的舞碼 和舞姿 因比聘我為榮譽總教練。從此之後我每年會编排新舞到台北分享。 2003年有幸參興台北國際排舞協會打破世界金氐纪錄的大型活動 , 我站在台北天母運動公園的大舞台上 , 帶領著上萬人跳最後我编排 “ Move it like this”。創世界金氐纪錄的人數是 6,875人 。 事實上是有上萬人參加 , 只不過義工的童子軍們無法在 限時中清點出全部人數 , 當時有金氐記錄的 代表及馬英九市長作見証。 2004年初我為灣區華運會開幕式典禮的表演而招兵買馬準備動員 两百人來開幕禮表演排舞 , 當時接受葛光愛 的建議 同時在陳正茂會計師的 協助之下立案於 美國聯邦及加州政府 獲取501-C3非牟利組織的許可 , 我們正式成立了 -美國加州排舞協會 -。 在這三年來在我們幾位共同創辦人 , 葛光愛, 李節操, 鄭亞瑾, 宋珮琪, 和林斯琦的同心協力, 不惜辛勞, 愛心奉獻及全力推廣, 使美國加州排舞協會 日漸茁壯而能分佈各地區帶給灣區全民良好的運動風氣 , 幫助無數朋友在健康上的改善。我們也幫助不少空巢期及更年期的朋友們調適他們的心境而找回自己的生活重心與快樂。 我們無時, 無刻, 都本著我們的宗旨去行事。 我們的宗旨就是 ： 透過排舞推廣全民運動 , 以舞會友 , 增進會員們的身心健康, 促進家庭 和諧與社會祥和。 在灣區教排舞的人很多但是為什麼美國加州排舞協會能够受到 大眾的歡迎呢？ 第一，我們的組織健全，專心經營，義工陣容堅強，團隊精神無二。 第二，我們是非牟利組織因此年會費收費低廉。 第三，我們自編舞碼, 除了共舞少許世界流行的舞碼之外 ,都自己編排獨特舞碼, 尢其特別重視手足整體的舞動。 第四，我們的師資優良 , 以專業及愛心的教學方式 使學員們從中得到 喜悅和樂趣 。 在此我要感謝所有的讚助公司及行號他們每年定期的捐款及鼓勵使美國加州排舞協會能够不斷地開發新點和不斷的培養品格高尚的新教練使排舞能生生不息，一代接一代。最後 , 我要感謝所有的董事 , 教練 , 學員們 和朋友們的鼎力支持使美國加州排舞協會能够達到它最终的目標： 舞出健康，舞出快樂，舞出燦爛的人生。

古人云：「百年樹木，十年樹人」，美國加州排舞協會，從當初六位創會的基本會員，擴展到現在擁有超過三千會員，實屬難能可貴。舊金山灣區大大小小的社團，我想不下一千個團體吧！我認為美國加州排舞協會是組織最健全、最有活力、向心力最強的一個社團。這十年來我看著它成長變化，我想將我看到排舞核心團隊的每一個成員，她們的特徵點畫出來，沒有她們就沒有今天的排舞協會。
林貴香是創會會長，多才多藝，素食三十餘年看起來還是精力充沛，亮麗、身材婀娜，皮膚白裡透紅。她可以連跳五、六個小時，頭繫花巾，香汗淋漓，依然精神抖擻。這十年來她至少每個月編一隻新舞碼，我睡臥房，她在浴室聞雞編舞，她年輕時就常受邀參與慈善時裝表演，所以她的步伐挺拔、高雅。一般的排舞只動腳，她編的排舞是手腳、身體、頭肩、幾乎是全身的完美配合動作，並且要求身心靈合一，瞼部保持微笑。她把排舞協會當成她事業經營的一個部門，很多對她認識不深的人，以為她天天穿得漂漂亮亮，只會唱歌、跳舞。其實她每天都忙得很，房地產、貸款、農場、物業出租、台灣商會、慈善公益事業。以及各社團的交流，可以說是忙得團團轉，但是她工作能力、效率超強。一個人可以做十個人的事。排舞協會是她的最愛，她全心奉獻，樂此不疲。她感激每一位核心幹部、也愛每一位排舞的會員，她心地慈悲善良，和她相處的人都會感受到她散發的熱情。她右眼曾經手術影響到她的視力，十公尺之外就無法看清人的臉孔，如果那一天你向她揮手打招呼，她沒回應時，她是真沒看到你，不是耍大牌。排舞帶給她活力、快樂、自信。
葛光愛副會長是灣區社團的領袖，各重要社團都積極熱心參與，也是中文學校資深教師，處事認真，講求效率、人面廣濶、無人不知，無事不曉。她是董事兼教練，這十年來，排舞能穩定成長，她是功臣之一。
李節操是台灣健美國家代表隊，曾代表台灣參加亞洲和世界的健美比賽，也擔任健身俱樂部有氧舞蹈和重量訓練的教練。她個性樂觀豪爽，直話直說。身材健美，食慾好多吃也不會胖，不知羨煞多少人？她是副會長也是董事兼教練，她在Kico老師身邊學習爵士舞已長達二十年。她的熱身運動像是操練魔鬼兵團一様，她教的Zumba會讓你馬上有瘦身的效果。Kico老師指派她到Fremont和Millbrae去教課，她二話不說爽然應允。十年來長途奔馳不知花費她多少寶貴的時間，但是她無怨無悔。這種奉獻的精神令人感佩！
鄭亞瑾財務長也是董事兼教練，她是Oracle公司的Controller, 是公司的重要財務主管。她從小就喜歡穿漂亮舞衣在舞台上表演，她和Kico老師學習爵士舞十八年，排舞協會成立後，更是在繁忙工作外，積極參與管理排舞協會的財務，一絲不苟，清楚分明，以她專業的精神來義務貢獻，她是排舞協會成長的大功臣。
林斯琦董事負責網頁，美國加州排舞協會的綱站是她一手設計出來的。她遠嫁到德州達拉斯，但心繫聖荷西，常常為了把資料上綱，忙到三更半夜。她有繪畫和設計的天份，是美工科出身，從小就勤於工作，非常孝順，是老師的好幫手，交給她辦的事都欣然接受圓滿達成。她也在達拉斯創立排舞課程。祝福她開班順利。
張淑容教練是排舞協會的小辣椒，她是公司的頂尖主管，常被派出差，但是每個星期四一定趕回來幫老師教課，她精力充沛，噪門清晰又高大，星期四總部的課人潮擁擠，沒有她真還不知道怎麼跳？她思路敏捷，處事果斷。開會很有效率，會議的議程和決議事項都井然有序。有大公司的主管來替排舞協會操盤，真是一大幸事。她也是排舞協會的顧問，有顧有問，並每年捐助排舞協會，非常慷慨。
江小平教練、是Kico老師的機要秘書，也是營養食品香烤杏仁豆和Beauty gem美容保養品的總連絡人。跟隨Kico 老師八年，不敢說她脫胎換骨，但是判若兩人倒是真的；看她十年前的照片，我不知如何形容，至於目下的江小平說多美就有多美！舞藝超群，身材玲瓏，全身散發艷麗光彩，待人接物親切敏捷。人家上大學四年畢業，她苦修十年是雙料博士畢業；舞蹈博士和行政人文博士。
龍立德教練，Letty的皮膚像是南太平洋的珍珠，她自幼就跳笆蕾舞，舞蹈根基紮實，學排舞和教排舞，對她而言是輕而易舉的事。但是她非常珍惜排舞協會核心幹部大家親如姊妹、感情融洽，每次練舞、表演、慶生會、慶功宴、愛之船旅遊、除夕晚會等，姊妹淘那種充滿溫馨、歡樂的氛圍，只能在排舞協會找得到。
何文惠教練，紐約大學博士, 擁有茱莉亞音樂學院碩士學位和維也納音樂學院鋼琴演奏文憑，與世界各地著名交響樂團同臺演奏。目前任教於舊金山音樂學院。她住在中半島，是距離聖荷西最遠的一位教練，當初要加入排舞協會成為會員之前，不辭辛勞長途開車往返，經過多次的親身查核，確定排舞協會是一個健全組織，才放心加入，十年如一日。她非常投入，己深深愛上這個團體，給她帶來無比的樂趣和健康。
劉秋艷教練，Julie是一位才華橫溢、充滿藝術天份的美麗女孩，從她那一對靈巧的眼眸，就可以看出她與眾不同。舉凡排舞協會舉辦的各項活動；諸如年會、除夕晚會、萬聖節化妝舞會等等的佈置，都出自她的設計。她也能呈現全套的韓國料理，味道之美不遜於彷間的韓國料理店。插花更是她的專長，總之，排舞協會的核心，真是臥虎藏龍，各有專長、各顯神通，我只能點到而已。
彭玉菁教練, Valerie，畢業於Purdue University, Double E Master. 任職Oracle公司工程師。高科技人員每天有多忙，住灣區的人都很瞭解。Valerie只有到排舞協會的教室練舞，才能真正的放鬆、解脫。除此之外，她也和Peggy一起去上魯瑞萍老師的課，笆蕾舞、爵士舞通通學，極為用心投入。難怪她們跳出來的舞姿的確不同凡響。身材之美妙更不在話下。
倪娜助教練，她也是高科技公司的工程師，人如其名，皮膚白裡透紅，標準的美人胎。她歌聲美妙、是灣區著名合唱團的主唱。她來自中國大陸、但在排舞協會，登記會員超過三千人，大家來自不同的國度，卻相處融洽和樂。美國是一個多元民族的大鎔爐，排舞協會不論男女老少，以舞會友，來者不拒。
祝玉珍教練，Jane是Cepheid高科技公司的業務分析師，她把排舞協會當做她的家，所有核心人物和認識的會員們，都是她的兄弟姊妹。彼此關懷，互通訊息，結為知友、遊伴、談心對象。她常邀請大夥兒到她家瘋玩。除了上班，排舞協會的各項活動都是她的最愛。
黃本初，他是宏觀電視的特約記者，灣區的重要活動都會看到他，一手拿照像機，另一手拿錄影機。忙著攝取鏡頭，他攝錄排舞的活動，攝影技術高超，角度最美、最自然。他唯獨鐘愛排舞協會、幫忙聯絡印製名片、訂製帽子、T-Shirt,橫幅招牌等。他個子拔俊，是酷酷騎士之一員，他們表演的排舞，會讓全場觀眾興奮鼓掌，特別是女士們會尖叫不巳。
江昱穆、是專長於設計，San Jose University 商業廣告設計科畢業。年輕、高大，永遠笑容満面，露出可愛的旋渦。他來自巴西，從胎兒出身就吃素、手腳靈俐、甚麼事都會、精於作菜料理，他可以在短時間內弄出幾十人份美味菜肴、加上水果、甜點、雞尾酒。他學過推拿，也是道場的大志工，常常會替受傷的人按摩，替她們解除酸痛，是排舞總部的消氣丸，人緣特好。
顅問群包括Susie Wilson, 她曾擔聖荷西副市長、市議員，縣議員，與主流政界管道通暢，雖己85高齡，依然健康活躍。任何事情向她請教都會獲得滿意的對策。另外、還有樂善好施的張淑容，以及灣區箸名的婦產科醫生劉建宏、從開始就全力支持的蘇惠美。至於，
侯秀玉Shirley顧問,加入排舞後，最高興的就是她的先生陳潤吾博士，因為Shirley變得更美麗、更苗條、更健康。注重飲食，早睡早起。她非常照顧Almaden排舞班的學員，更且對每星期四在總部的這群女孩們愛護有加、用她嬌貴的雙手，花費很多時間四處購買食材，然後用愛心、耐心去煮最好吃的料理，拿到總部給所有核心的教練、助教們享用。同時，也為Kico 老師準備素食套餐，三不五時更邀約到五月花酒家，給大家打牙祭，比媽媽對待兒女還週到。數年來如一日，真是令人感動。
最後，要特別表示敬謝的，就是我們的事業夥伴Dr. Charles Davidson,他是最佳智囊和長年捐助者。
林猛雄、別號Kicoman. 排舞協會的總務，是加州矽谷的農夫。常見他在總部停車場東張西望、掃大門口的落葉、撿廁所的紙屑、倒垃圾、排桌椅。他是年刊的總編輯，Kico老師的專屬司機、保鏢、親蜜愛人。
排舞協會的核心成員，每一位就像是天上的星星，她們的無私、奉獻、努力，才得以致使排舞協會成長壯大，她們經歷十年的淬練，個個更加充實，熟練。不論是舞藝或人生歷練，都達到更高境界。她們發出的光芒更加瑰麗，照亮繁空、溫暖人間。當然、最要感謝的就是排舞協會的終身會員和每一位學員給予我們的全力支持和擁護。還有，各界善心人士的熱烈捐贈、贊助。我們期盼排舞協會生生不息。

Hope 2024 is off to a great start. We’re all looking forward to another wonderful year with all of you—dancing for health, happiness, and a colorful life. Below are a few important announcements and updates for this year.
We request all members wear a photo ID card when attending class. It’s to help our staff identify you as our active member. We thank you for your $10 donation if you do not have your photo ID card with you during the class. If you misplaced your photo ID card, you can request a replacement card for a $20 processing fee.

Thank CLDAA members for their participation in the 2015 Line Dance Competition held on 6/28, Sunday at CCC in Milpitas. We appreciate your time and efforts in your preparation for this event. I understand it took about three months. Thank Madam Fuh, Annie Yi, Carol Ma, Mei Wuu, and Jason Chiu for their hard work as our competition judges. Thank our CLDAA coaches, assistant coaches, and staff for their passion and dedication, without their strong teamwork this event would not have been possible. The California Line Dance Association of America (CLDAA) was founded in 2004 by Kico Lin. While only officially established and recognized by the Federal and State Entities in April 2004, CLDAA founding members have been dancing to promote a healthy lifestyle for many years. Kico Lin and other founding members were involved in attaining a world record in the Guinness Book of World Records in 2003 for the greatest number of line dancers in one venue. In Taipei, Taiwan on October 18, 2003, 6,875 individuals gathered to perform a single-line dance to break the world record. CLDAA’s goal is to break another world record here in North America.
To date, CLDAA has established line dancing classes throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, on weeknights and weekends, for the ease and convenience of its embers. CLDAA believes that line dancing is a fun and easy way to exercise, as there is no need for a partner, and is appropriate for all ages. CLDAA board members, who are all dance teachers and avid students, serve the community with passion through action. Our slogan:

What is Line Dance?
What Is Line Dancing? What is CLDAA? How can the California Line Dance Association of America help me as an individual? The California Line Dance Association of America (CLDAA) was founded in 2004 by Kico Lin. CLDAA founding members have been dancing to promote a healthy lifestyle for many years; and CLDAA has created a fun and easy way to learn steps that combines western cowboy dance and salsa, cha-cha, hip-hop steps, and even some Kung-Fu techniques. CLDAA’s goal is to break a second-world record for the greatest number of line dancers here in North America. To date, CLDAA has established over 2200 members and 24 class locations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area with the belief that line dance is a fun and easy way to exercise. CLDAA is also recognized by the county of Santa Clara, the State of California, and the City of San Jose for promoting exercise, health, and enjoyment for people of all ages. We highly welcome all of you to dance for health, dance for happiness, and dance for a colorful life with us.
Line dancing is exactly what its name implies: people dancing in lines to music. Line dances are choreographed dances with a repeating series of steps that are performed in unison by a group of people in lines or rows. All of the dancers performing a line dance face the same direction and perform the steps at the same time. Although there are usually several lines of dancers, small groups may only form one line. Line dancers rarely interact with each other during a dance, as the steps are performed by everyone at the same time.
Line Dancing History
Although many popular line dances are set to country music, the first line dances did not originate from country and western dancing. Line dancing is believed to have originated from folk dancing, which has many similarities. Contra dancing, a form of American folk dance in which the dancers form two parallel lines and perform a sequence of dance movements with different partners down the length of the line, probably had a huge influence on the line dancing steps we a familiar with today. During the 1980’s, line dances began to be created for popular country songs.
Line Dance Format
Basic line dances focus on movements of the legs and feet, with more advanced dances including the arms and hands. The movements of a line dance are marked as “counts.” Generally, one count equals one musical beat, with a particular movement or step taking place at each beat.
A line dance will have a certain number of counts, meaning the number of beats in one complete sequence of the dance. For example, a 64-count dance would contain 64 beats. The number of beats does not necessarily equal the number of steps, however, as steps can be performed between two beats or over more than one beat. Line dances are made up of a certain number of steps, with each step identified by a catchy name.
Line Dancing Today
Because its steps are simple and don’t involve dancing with a partner, line dancing is ideal for singles and non-dancers. Line dancing is taught and practiced in country and western dance bars, social clubs, and dance halls around the world. One of the most popular line dances performed today is the Cha-Cha Slide.

第一章總則
第一條 本會名稱為美國加州排舞協會，英文名稱為 CLDAA- California Line Dance Association of America
第二條 本會為非盈利性質的組織， 不屬於任何政治或教宗團體。
第三條 本會以排舞來推廣全民運動，增進個人健康，促進家庭和諧與社會祥和。
第四條 本會以北加州各縣市區域為組織。
第五條 本會會址於 262 East Gish Road San Jose CA 95112-4800
第六條 本會之任務為:
一、 以排舞會友，開創新的生命能量。
二、 編定排舞音樂，舞步等教材。
三、 製定教練，助理教練之等級及評鑑制度。
四、 推廣各社區，學校，機關，企業機構之排舞教學。
第二章會員
第七條 本會會員分為三種:
一、 正式會員: (1) 凡對排舞有興趣者。
(2) 繳納入會費後，為正式會員。
二、 永久會員: 繳納一次性會費後，成為終身免付會費之會員。
三、 榮譽會員: (1) 贊同本會宗旨者之社會傑出人士。
(2) 熱心支持推動本會活動者。
(3) 海外排舞愛好者。
四、 贊助會員: (1) 愛好排舞運動者，但無法參與會務者。
(2) 非設籍在北加州之愛好者。
第八條 會員有違反本會章程或不遵守董事會決議時， 得經由董事會決議，予以警告或停權處分，其為害團體情節重大
者，得經董事會決議予以除名。
第九條 會員有下列事情之一者，為出會:
一、 喪失會員資格者。
二、 經董事會決議除名者。
第十條 會員經出會或退會，已繳納之各項費用不予退還。
第十一條 董事有表決權，選舉權，被選舉權與罷免權。 每一董事為一權。
第十二條 永久會員、榮譽會員、贊助會員與顧問及行政人員則無表決權，選舉權，被選舉權與罷免權。
第十三條 會員需遵守以下事項:
一、 遵守本會章程及決議事項。
二、 按時繳納會費與維護會譽之義務。
三、 擔任本會指派之職務。
第三章組織及職權
第十四條 本會以董事會為最高權力機構及執行機構。
第十五條 董事之職權如左:
一、 修訂與變更章程。
二、 議決入會費，常年會費之數額及方法。
三、 議決年度工作計畫，報告及預算，決算。
四、 議決會員之除名處分。
五、 議決財產之處分。
六、 議決與會員權利義務有關之其他重大事項。
第十六條 本會置董事六人，顧問六人，由董事選舉之。
第十七條 董事會之職權如下:
一、 議決之召開事項。
二、 財產之管理。
三、 聘免工作人員。
四、 擬定年度工作計畫，報告及預算，決算。
五、 其他應執行事項。
第十八條 董事會置會長一人，副會長二人。會長對內處理會務， 對外代表本會，並擔任董事會主席。因會務需要
召開會議,其因故不能執行職務時, 由副會長代理.
第十九條 董事，顧問之任期二年， 連選得連任，董事，顧問之任期自新會計年度起算。
第二十條 顧問及助浬教練均為無給職。
第二十一條 董事，顧問有下列事情之一者， 應即解任。
一、 喪失會員資格者。
二、 因故辭職經董事會決議通過者。
三、 被罷免或撤免者。
四、 受停權處分期間逾任期二分之一者
第二十二條 本會依組織系統表設置教練團外並設置總教練，助理教練多人、財務長、研發部門、文宣部門、資料部門,其他工作人員若干人，由會長提名經董事會通過後聘任之，其任期與董事之任期同， 並報主管機關備查，解聘時亦同。
第二十三條 本會董事，顧問可兼任會務工作人員。
第二十四條 本會設立分支機構，應依章程規定擬定具組織簡則，載明設立依據， 組織，任務，經費來源等，提經理事會通 過，報請主管機關核備後實施。
第二十五條 本會得由董事會聘請名譽會長，顧問(均為義務職). 其聘期與董事，顧問之任期同。
第四章會議
第二十六條 董事會議，分定期會議與臨時會議二種， 由會長召集，召集時應於七日前以電子信件通知之。定期會議每月召開一次, 臨時會議於董事會認為必要，或董事會函請召集時召開之。
第二＋七條 董事會之決議， 以董事過半數之出席，出席人數過半或較多數之同意行之。但左列事項之決議以出席人數三分之二以上同意行之。
一、 章程之修訂與變更。
二、 會員之除名。
三、 董事，顧問罷免。
四、 財產之處分。
五、 團體之解散。
六、 其他與會員權利義務有關之重大事項.
第二十八條 董事應親自出席董事會議，不得委託他人代理。
第二十九條 本會應於召開董事會七日前將會議種類， 時間，地點連同議程函報主管機關備查。
第五章經費及會計
第三十條 本會經費來源如下:
一、 一般會費:會員入會時， 應繳納年費每年美金240元(2024年度)。
二、 永久會費:永久會員入會時， 應繳納美金3000元(2009年度)。
三、 會員捐款。
四、 基金及其利息。
五、 其他收入。
第三十一條 本會會計年度自美年四月一日起至次年三月三十一日止。
第三十二條 本會每年編造預算報告， 於每年終了之前二個月內，經董事會審查核備，會員大會因故未能及時招開時， 應先報主管機關， 事後提報大會追認，但決算報告應先送監事會審核，並將決算報告一併提報至董事大會討論決定。
第三十三條 本會於解散後， 剩餘財產歸於所在地之慈善機構。
第六章附則
第三十四條 本章程未規定事項， 悉依有關法令規定辦理。
第三十五條 本會辦事細則，由董事會訂定之。
第三十六條 本章程經董事會通過， 並報主管機關核備後施行細則， 變更時亦同。
